- Annual Volume: 34,000
- Coverage Model: 6:30a-3:30p, 1p-10p, 8:30p-6:30a
- Mid-Level Coverage: 20 hrs.
- Beds: 22 Bed ED
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 90 days
